Chateaux: a fun-filled company for professionalism and growth

“I started my career with Chateaux over thirteen years ago. Since then, it has only gotten better. In today’s business world and recent economic climate, thirteen years at one company is sort of an anomaly. Why have I never chosen to leave Chateaux? There’s been no reason to; only reasons to stay.

Internally, it’s a terrific company, full of supportive team members. Additional assistance with any project or problem is always only a phone call away. There is a great mutual respect amongst the Chateaux team, a unique trait in business. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work with every day.

At a smaller organization, you would not often hear ‘opportunity for growth’ cited as an advantage to working there. At Chateaux it is. The company’s working environment allows me to learn and grow as well as take on more responsibilities. My position never remains static; I am constantly evolving my skills and capabilities. The variety of clientele creates an exciting challenge with every new project.

My job has afforded the opportunity for flexible scheduling and travel. I had always imagined a creative, fun, and ‘non-boring’ work environment and Chateaux has met those requirements perfectly. It is not one of those ‘9-5 corporate cubicle’ jobs.
