Supportive Team Environment

Working at Chateaux Software for the past three years has been a wonderful experience. Before working here, I was specifically looking for a job that would take me away from the “large corporation” environment, where you are basically just an employee number amongst hundreds and oftentimes, you never even get the chance to have a conversation with the true decision-makers of the company. At the same time, it was important for the new company I worked for to have an important presence in their respective field of expertise. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Chateaux in their search for an Executive Administrator. Through my research prior to accepting the position, I learned that the company had been well established and respected in the Business Intelligence community for quite a long time.

At Chateaux, I not only found the small office environment to be both accommodating and advantageous, but the genuine chemistry between all of the co-workers was something I had never experienced before at a company. The whole team is very supportive of each other, from simple personal gestures to completing demanding project tasks. I believe we bring out the best in each other and push one another to exceed our own expectations. Regardless of whether you are an office intern or the president of the company, everyone has free reign to contribute opinions that are jointly respected and appreciated.

I have always believed that in the workplace, your surroundings are just as important for efficiency as the work you do. After the first month of employment at Chateaux, I was sure of one thing – this was not a place where you count down the hours to leave.
