Work-life balance

I have worked for companies before where after the day has ended and you are back home you want to forget the entire day. Working at Chateaux has been different; instead of wanting to forget the day, I am excited to share all the new stuff that I learned and chuckle at the funny incidents at office.

I found Chateaux online when I was searching for jobs. I emailed them to check for any openings in their company. Usually, I don’t receive a quick response when I apply for jobs, but I was pleasantly surprised to see a reply from them almost immediately! After completing an in-depth interview process, Chateaux decided to hire me. Till here, my story is nothing special; what follows next is an amazing experience that I would love to share with everyone. There are two things about Chateaux that I truly admire, setting them apart from other companies - the wonderful people you get to work with and the quality of work they do.

Chateaux gives a lot of attention to the needs of their employees. For instance, in my case, I had to deal with some minor visa issues. During this time, Chateaux was very sensitive and supportive. They would call me regularly to provide updates regarding my visa and ensure that everything was proceeding as per the plan. Another instance that I would like to quote is my first day at office; I expected to complete some initial formalities and to get started on my work with an empty desk waiting for me. Instead, I found my desk arranged with some beautiful show pieces and some office stationary that I will need. I later discovered that one of my colleagues did that for me! These are very small things that usually companies wouldn’t even care to think about, but the people at Chateaux do it just to show you how much they care for you.

The quality of work at Chateaux is wonderful. Not a day goes by without learning something new and interesting. It is truly a great place to enrich your career with some cutting edge technology. Chateaux provides a healthy work-life balance for their employees. Have you ever heard a boss tell you, “I don’t want to overwhelm you with work”?
