Hugo Toledo, Senior Business Intelligence Architect with Chateaux, led the main presentation on the history of performance dashboards and how they can be used in today’s business intelligence space.  From Business Objects’ out-of-the-box options to highly complex and customized solutions from Chateaux, Mr. Toledo expounded on the benefits of getting a quick snapshot of your business through the dashboard interface.
