Mr. Zagorianos will discuss and demonstrate how Crystal Reports can be used within any size and type of organization as well as demonstrate Crystal Reports 2008.

Mr. Zagorianos is a Business Objects Certified XIR2 migration specialist with more than eight years of experience in Business Intelligence, several of which he spent helping the Internal Revenue Service improve their customer service through call analytics. An alumnus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Mr. Zagorianos has assisted many companies in their Crystal Reports and Crystal Enterprise implementation. Since joining Chateaux Software in November of 2007 as a Senior Business Intelligence Technologist, he has been an integral member of the Chateaux team.
