He has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the areas of project management, systems analysis and design, application development, implementation, testing, deployment, and end-user training. His expertise is especially attuned to the design of enterprise solutions focusing on Business Intelligence strategy and process improvement, business requirements specification, technical requirements specification and BI systems architecture. His broad industry experience has included large-scale projects for major financial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and telecommunications companies, and has been utilized in the logistics of various other B2B niches. Mr. Zimmerman is a customer-focused technologist with a solution and result-oriented approach.

A graduate of Duke University and former Fellow at the University of Southern California, Mr. Zimmerman has co-authored several technical books including Electronic Marketing, Dryden Press, 1999 and Oracle Unleashed, Sam's Books - Macmillan Publishing, 1996.
