I have been working for Chateaux for over 6 years now as a Senior Technologist. Before joining Chateaux, I was an independent consultant working for a variant of organizations. What sets Chateaux apart from other companies that I’ve worked with is two-fold; the flexibility that my position offers and the caliber of people that I work with.

Chateaux provides me with the opportunity to learn and hone a variety of different technical and business skills. I am constantly encouraged to explore and master new technologies so that better solutions may be provided to clients. This type of environment has really set my career on the ‘fast track’ by gaining a vast amount of experience in less time than I could have at other organizations.

The focus here at Chateaux is working successfully and efficiently. Conventional 9 to 5 does not always apply. For a long time I was a night owl, functioning best during those off hours. Now, I prefer to start early and end early. While this isn’t always possible, it is clear that Chateaux can offer a certain level of flexibility not typically found in other organizations.

The projects we undertake are diverse and challenging, achieving success through the use of the newest technologies and methodologies. This attracts the experienced, intelligent, talented and motivated employees that I enjoy working with and learning from. We truly function as a team, providing support to each other throughout the organization.
