Chateaux Signs New BI Lifecycle Deal
(Westport, CT, March 17, 2010) As part of a surge of new business, Chateaux Software has been selected to create an end-to-end Business Intelligence solution for a global financial services firm, further cementing Chateaux’s position as a leader in the provision of lifecycle BI services.
This high-visibility project centers on Chateaux’s proven methodology, including strategy, design, build, implement, training and support. In addition to the unification of business data vis-à-vis a high-performance data layer, the project will encompass the implementation of SAP BusinessObjects XI 3.1, including WebIntelligence ad hoc query and Xcelsius dashboards.
According to the client, Chateaux was selected not only for its demonstrated experience, but also on the basis of Chateaux’s long history of providing a team that, rather than being disbanded at project conclusion, could be counted upon to be available in a continuing support capacity.
Upon completion, the overarching benefit to the client will be the ability to have on-demand, trusted information within a framework delivering a single version of the truth. In addition, Chateaux will use its prodigious skills in Enterprise Architecture to ensure that the solution not only yields the correct information, but is aligned with the client’s business process.
