Chateaux’s ‘Tasteful’ Event a Resounding Success!
(Stamford, CT, April 29, 2010) Chateaux Software, the number one SAP BusinessObjects partner in the tri-state area, hosted an evening seminar to showcase the latest solutions available from SAP and Chateaux. The event, titled ‘The Birth of a Dashboard,’ was held at Stamford’s premier restaurant, Napa & Company, and featured a specially-selected wine tasting and food pairings throughout the night.
Chateaux Senior BI Architect, Ken Zimmerman, presented a holistic view of how to transform disparate sets of data into clear, actionable information. The presentation focused on two Business Intelligence practice areas: Information Management and Information Delivery. The case study-based content highlighted three SAP BusinessObjects’ solutions including Data Services, Explorer, and Xcelsius Dashboards. A particularly notable section of the presentation was a demonstration of a ‘real-time’ dashboard display, which enables the user to have a visualization of key metrics available on their desktop as well as the ability to drill-down into information with one click.
The event was attended by over thirty executives, primarily comprised of IT leaders from the New York Metro area. FENG Managing Partner Bruce Lynn commented, “I believe your dashboard efforts will ease a CFO’s burdens. The last thing a CFO needs is another report.
