Ken is Chateaux's founder, President, and Senior Business Intelligence Architect. He has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the areas of project management, systems analysis and design, application development, implementation, testing, deployment, and end-user training. His expertise is especially attuned to the design of enterprise solutions focusing on Business Intelligence strategy and process improvement, business requirements specification, technical requirements specification and BI systems architecture. His broad industry experience has included large-scale projects for major financial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and telecommunications companies, and has been utilized in the logistics of various other B2B niches. Ken is a customer-focused technologist with a solution and result-oriented approach.
A graduate of Duke University and former Fellow at the University of Southern California, Ken has co-authored several technical books including Electronic Marketing, Dryden Press, 1999 and Oracle Unleashed, Sam's Books - Macmillan Publishing, 1996.

Hugo has over 15 years of experience with leading organizations and projects in both the public and private sectors. Effective in both consulting and management roles, he is a recognized author and public speaker with accreditations in business and technology. He is the author of two books on databases and networks, his latest published by O'Reilly and Associates, and has presented and hosted panel discussions at COMDEX, Uniforum, and other major industry conferences.
In keeping with his extensive experience in designing and delivering solutions that integrate enterprise-level technologies (including design, development, management, education and product marketing), Hugo has led Enterprise Systems (ES) engagements in Data Warehousing (DW), Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Sales Force Automation (SFA).
An alumnus of Duke University, Hugo is also Chateaux's Chief Technology Officer, in which capacity he consults with clients on technology investment and deployment. His previous executive roles included VP IT Planning at HALO Industries [NYSE: HMK], and Principal with Navigant Consulting [NYSE: NCI], where he advised Global 500 firms on best practices in aligning Information Technology with business goals.
Don is a member of Chateaux's world class enterprise architecture practice. Don's first end-to-end architecture project was in 1987, when he was chosen as part of a consulting team that designed and implemented the Australian Submarine Corporation over a three-year period, literally from the ground up. The success of this effort made an indelible mark – it was indeed possible to guide all aspects of an enterprise's evolution from a single, interconnected blueprint. Don went on to redesign several major corporations, in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, engineering, construction, pharmaceutical, insurance, shipbuilding, software development and bio-technology.
Don has a particular ability to use enterprise modeling to bridge divides where the collision of opposing management philosophies hinders a company's progress; Manufacturing Resource Planning versus Construction Scheduling, Research versus Commercialization, even Object Oriented versus Entity Modeling. He has also shown that enterprise architecture can be scaled to small enterprises to guide growth strategies in a pragmatic way. A favorite "architecture" was a one-page composite of Organization, Process, and Information that was used in weekly management meetings to provide a common view of problem areas and guide improvements, helping a 4M company to progress to 40M in one year.
His experience is primarily balanced between process and information architecture specialties, with some organization, strategy planning, and business rules modeling.
Don is a graduate of Tulane University and has a Master of Science from Idaho State University. He has published papers in the area of statistical methods and measurement.
Sam is a Senior Business Intelligence Technologist with 10 years of experience ranging from complex data set analysis and ETL to object-oriented application development. Mr. Wuertz has been involved with the design of enterprise solutions, specializing in business requirements specification, technical requirements specification and BI systems architecture.
Sam's industry experience includes Finance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods and various B2B niches. Zoltan is a customer-focused IT and Business Management professional with the drive and energy to get the job done. He possesses over 15 years of proven technical, leadership, and management experience in healthcare, financial services, education and telecommunications sectors. Zoltan is highly effective at leading small-to-large scale initiatives, and proficient at recognizing and retaining talent, building and supporting cohesive and engaged teams, and optimizing use of resources.
He brings with him an extensive hands-on technical knowledge and expertise in Application and User Interface Design, Integration, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Reporting delivering solutions that incorporate heterogeneous technologies including .Net, Lotus Domino, BusinessObjects and all major Web standards (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery).
Zoltan attended the Institute of Commercial Management in London as well as Southern Connecticut State University for a BS in Business Administration.
Vijay is a Solutions Architect and Senior Technologist with over 10 years of experience in Design and Development of highly scalable Enterprise Applications for web and distributed environments. Vijay has successfully led complex projects with small and large teams, covering various aspects of software development, process and methodology.
Vijay has experience in a number of diverse domains including ERP, CRM, Finance, Casino Management Software, and Social Networks. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional, Java Architect, Application Developer, and Technology Specialist.
Vijay has a Bachelor’s of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
Alex, a Tokyo native, has over 8 years of professional experience in the field of Marketing & Sales, with a focus in International business. For 5 years in Tokyo, he worked in the film advertisement industry, promoting major motion pictures within Japan’s domestic market with a special attention to online promotions. Early on in his career as an Account Executive and Marketing Specialist, he recognized the significance of Analytics and Data Visualization through the initiatives of quantitatively measuring specific KPIs and success criteria’s for each ad campaign. Alex then relocated to Los Angeles, CA for a year, prior to onboarding Chateaux Software, as a Marketing Lead for a Japanese entertainment and media distributor. During this role, he worked with international partners and domestic buyers in establishing new market potential, as well as increasing nationwide presence.
Alex leads the ongoing expansion of Chateaux in the global market. His ability to successfully bridge cultural gaps and connect with different audiences is paramount to Chateaux’s development and pursuit of opportunities. In addition to Alex’s role in business development, he has been involved in several engagements as a Business Analyst and Project Manager per request of the client.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from The University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and an International Baccalaureate Japanese/English Bilingual Diploma, empowering him with native fluency in both languages.
